James 4:14 (ESV)
yet you do not know what tomorrow will bring. What is your life? For you are a mist that appears for a little time and then vanishes.
Have you ever thought about how long you will be on earth? I have and told my family I want them to take me to Disneyland on my 100th birthday! Yes, I think I’m going to live to see this. I’m planning on living for God in each day. Of course, I don’t know that age will happen for me and Only God knows:
There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens: a time to be born and a time to die ~ Ecclesiastes 3:1-2
WHAT IS YOUR LIFE ~ a mist
Today is a new day filled with opportunities to live in this day. Doing the things you need to do but it’s a day to shine to others. Say I care and I love you because you and I are a mist, a vapor that could end . Put things in order and balance time with family and friends. Don’t let anything come between you and God. Ask God what he would have you do today! Wait and pray.
Prayer changes you, which changing a things in your life and others. I want people to know my heart. It’s one of good intentions. Sometimes I feel like a kid inside and the mirror tells me I’m getting older. I am a woman of faith and I hold on for miracles.
Love yourself and purpose time for self care. What do you like to do that brings peace to mind? I like to sit in my office and talk to God out loud. The time is in the evening after my grandkids go home or early in the morning. I talk to God like I talk to a friend. I talk to God out loud when Im driving at times. I’ve learned to trust God.
Proverbs 3:5-6
5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart
and lean not on your own understanding;
6 in all your ways submit to him,
and he will make your paths straight.
Someday, I won’t be here are earth and you won’t either. What will you leave behind? I hope people remember me for Acts of kindness and being the Christian example. I do my best to be real and I do pray daily for readers of this blog too.
