Romans 12:2
Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.
DISCERN WHAT IS THE ~
WILL OF GOD
It is good to take time to pray, seek God and think before reacting. After all, your choices affect someone else. Each day is filled with choices and purpose good ones.
The Bible says:
Romans 5:5
Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.
I tell my brain to think and I sometimes come up with two things. I can do my first choice or second choice. Which one makes the better choice? Wait and pray. It has taken years for me to understand the concept of time, wisdom and action. I heard it said, by the time I understand life, life is over. Lets us not be like that.
Who can you encourage today in a text message, phone call or even acts of kindness in a store, driving or phone call? We need each other in life. The Bible says:
Hebrews 10:24-25
And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, 25 not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.
