Sparkie Inspires

The Friday before Easter is called Good Friday. Christian view today as Jesus death on the cross. Jesus gave it all for you and me.

1 Peter 2:24

He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. By his wounds you have been healed.

Jesus walked this earth as an example of God’s son. He went about teaching, making leaders of the 12 disciples and miracles happened. Throughout the Bible, we can read stories of hope. Just knowing he was human and lived kindness shows us how to act. Following his example everyday of life caring about others.

Think about it, have you seen a miracle or a healing take place? I sure have and I know Jesus leads far after his death. Healing and miracles happen.

Good Friday is giving thanks to Jesus for his life. He carried his own cross and hung on it until death. This is not a good site and went far beyond that one day. It was because of this that we have freedom to choose life with Jesus in Heaven or not. His death also shows God’s power to raise the death is 3 days, but that’s a different story.

Prayer:

Good Friday, thank you Jesus for all you went through for each of us. Generation to generation there are miracles and wonders that take place. Help us not to forget where you brought us from and how the plan continues for each of us. Giving your all is an amazing example of love. There is no greater love than yours. Help each of us to live in your plan. Amen
