My life:
I’ve had people disappoint me, lie on me and hurt me. These were people I trusted to lead me in God’s way because I was young in God. I was taught untruths and confusion came in. The big divide from church, God and my own life. I have a friend name June who stuck my side. A person who went through this ugly season and taught me about life. I actually met her when I was about 10 years old. Which makes us friends for about 58 years. I can tell you that she has never wavered in her faith in God. A true example to my life. She has trusted God with all her heart.
As for me, I have waved over time. Especially in my younger years. I didn’t become a Christian until about 20. I had a lot to learn. I had a-lot to learn about people too. I had to begin again several times.
God does place people in our lives that can help us in many ways. I have learned to trust the Lord with all my heart and lean not to my own understanding. We are spur each other on in life.
Hebrews 10:24-25
24 And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, 25 not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.
WHAT IF ……
I let God use my uglies of life to help others! My life will make a difference to someone else. Ask yourself that question and let God use you.
Trust again
Begin again
Don’t stop believing in God
Blessings, Sparkie
