Have you ever heard someone say count on me? I want to help.

Bible:

2 Samuel 5:18-20

18 When the Philistines arrived, they deployed their forces in Raphaim Valley.

19 Then David prayed to God: “Shall I go up and fight the Philistines? Will you help me beat them?”

20 “Go up,” God replied. “Count on me. I’ll help you beat them.”

COUNT ON ME

There was many times in my life I’ve told people they could count on me. I promised to pray. I saw miracles. I saw things not work out so great but I learned to trust the Lord through it all. I know that prayer changes me which help me beyond words.

Suddenly things happen. Tuesday I was having the best day ever. My two youngest granddaughters and taking them to starbucks for water and the store for shopping. Then i got home and suddenly my husband told me about a health issue. Within minutes, I out the two littles in the car and was off to Emergency for Terry. So this day changed. But I heard from several people if I needed anything to call. I had two friends, Jen and Albert stop by with ice tea. Saying they were praying too.

My daughter in law/love brought us food and ice tea on a different day too. Plus Ashley, the girls mom sent us a starbucks card. People living these words, you can count on me!

My daughter gave us money. I also received many phone calls.

Life is about community, text messages, phone calls and more. It is good to know there are people who care about you.

Psalm 46:1

“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.”

“Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.”

Ask the Lord for your needs and want. Ask largely and believe big. A new day brings lots of new beginnings. I truly thank everyone ago connected with me over the last 4 days. God is amazing and I love my family plus friends so much. Such a gift from God.

Be there for others and let others be there for you! Such a gift both ways. A new days brings hope! Suddenly things happen and we must hold tight to God’s word. He is there for us every moment of our life!
